I feel in the best shape of my life and it's down to the guys here at ONE|DZ. If you want to be in an environment and facility that supports anyone of any skill level of any age group, this is the place for you to be!

I've been a member at ONE|DZ for just under a year now and I can genuinely say wholeheartedly that this is the best gym in Derby that I've been to. It does feel like a second home when you come in they they've done a brilliant job at creating such a brilliant space.

The idea of joining a public gym was a little bit daunting at first but from the second I stepped through the doors of ONE|DZ James and his team really did make me feel welcome. The ONE|DZ community has a place for every everybody no matter their age or ability!

I've been going to ONE|DZ for six months now and honestly it is the nicest gym I have ever been to. They will make you feel super comfortable, super welcome and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys!

I joined two months ago after being at a commercial gym and wanted a place that matched my high expectations of a gym while not being too crowded. First thing I noticed when I walked in was that it was absolutely spotless with a real pride in the space that everybody wanted to be in.

It's just a lovely environment and I intend on carrying on going and I'm so glad that I started going there because I just feel so much better in myself! I'm just really happy and I think all the lads should be proud so thanks James think you're doing a Fab job!
